    You'll find the odd good deal, but I would be suspicious as to where those items are coming from. For an "independent grocer" I've seen a Sobey's truck parked there from time to time, and then often find their "fresh" produce section over ripe/on the verge of going rotten. Almost makes me think they buy older produce off certain locations that wants to bring in newer stock of there own. But, this is just a complete guess. Either way, if you buy produce there (which you do on occasion find cheaper, example 3 limes for 99 cents compared to 2 for 99 cents at the Superstore), I would only do so if you plan on consuming immediately.
